Mr Noble
Founder

Dr Di-Allens Noble

Dr DI-ALLENS Noble is the founder and Executive director of Incorporated Trustees of Saving Women and Children (SWAC) Foundation. He holds an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from the prestigious Crimea Federal University, Russia. He is a General practitioner Licensed by the Medical Dental Council of Nigeria, with over 7 years of experience. He is also a certified ART and PMTCT Clinician with added certification in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, USA. His special interest and passion in community health, well being and empowerment of disadvantaged Individuals, Families and communities led to the establishment of the nonprofit, Saving Women and Children (SWAC) foundation in 2019.
Co-Founder

Dr Mrs Ngozi Ofi

Dr Mrs Daniel Ngozi is the co-founder and Secretary of Incorporated trustees of Saving Women and Children (SWAC) Foundation. She is a Russian trained medical doctor with 7 years extensive clinical work experience. She is a Licensed Resident doctor working in a leading Catholic hospital in Nigeria. She has had a number of trainings in leadership and management in health, childhood learning and development and maternal and infant preventive therapy. Her grit for rejuvenation of lost hopes and rural health care led to the establishment of the NGO Saving Women and children (SWAC)Foundation in 2019.

Mrs Ngbaragbara Ethel

Accountant

She is an accountant par excellence with ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) certification, who works to ensure that financial records of businesses and organizations are accurate. She also renders advice to companies on how to improve their financial activities and to comply with regulations. She is convinced that having the power to improve the lives of others is a privilege and one that comes with its own sense of obligation.

Nurse Iheanacho Patience

Paediatric Nurse

A maternal and infant welfare specialist with over 25years of nursing experience. With a track record also in paediatric critical care medicine. She’s highly skilled in matters revolving around the health and wellness of women, particularly when they are pregnant, at the time they give birth, and during child-raising.

Professor Kola Owonikoko

Obstetrician & Gynecologists

An Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over two decades of experience, who has been working in the field of women’s health, care of pregnancy, family planning, feto-maternal care, fertility care and gynecological endoscopy with a specialty in the field of endocrinology and fertility research.

He has numerous publications in reputable scientific journals and is passionate about rendering community services promoting community growth and fostering maternal and infant welfare.

Public Health Nurse

Deputy Director community health. She has over 25years of nursing experience. She has led various polio eradication campaigns in Nigeria. Her experience as a community health nurse and educator has shaped her practice to work with families up to the grass-root level.
